We are a team first, and a company second
It's all about teamwork!
Teamwork makes the dream work and here at Preston Baker everyone contributes to, and is a valued part of, the company’s ongoing growth and success and bid to become the home of exceptional moves in Yorkshire.
Across residential sales and lettings, financial services, land, new homes and planning, we all strive for and celebrate success; we champion each other and incentivise and reward results.
We have a proven track record of developing employees. Most of our senior leadership team started their Preston Baker careers in junior roles. Progression isn’t dictated on how long you have been in the company, rather on your ability and hunger to succeed. We offer all employees the opportunity to develop and learn new skills.
We hire the best!
Like any great company, we hire the best people. These people help us achieve a consistent ranking in the top 5% in the Best Estate Agency Guide Awards and an enviable client satisfaction reputation; we have a Net Promoter Score of over 50, compared to an industry average of 24.
We pay top of the market rate
To attract and retain the very best people we pay top of the market rate and you can also earn rewards for success.
Preston Baker Values
Rigorous selection process
All new recruits must demonstrate our company values and we test everyone who wishes to join the Preston Baker team. This includes lots of role play. If you don’t like the opportunity to show how good you are then you are not right for us, and we are not right for you.
