We are here to find you whatever type of investment property you want and can provide a full service if required, including sourcing, purchase, letting and management, including HMO licensing and managing any necessary refurbishment work through our in-house Preston Baker property maintenance team if required.

What’s included?

The Preston Baker Property Sourcing Service for Landlords is comprehensive and includes:

  • A thorough consultation where we get to know you and understand your needs.
  • Selecting a buy-to-let investment strategy based on your needs, taking into account budget and timescales.
  • Choosing the types of properties you are interested in, agreeing and setting the perimeters of the search for the right property for you.

  • Our team can go to viewings on your behalf if you would prefer or are unable to travel to them.
  • We’ll present you with details of prospective properties and can include where necessary any risk factors such as building issues, associated refurbishment costs, the rental yields and capital growth you can expect, as well as HMO considerations.
  • If and when you decide to go ahead with the purchase of a buy-to-let property we can help in negotiating the best deal with the agent or seller on your behalf.

With on-market opportunities, these are properties that are sourced that are advertised on the open market and appear on property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
