This application is made in outline with only access to be approved and all other matters are reserved. The reason the application has been made in outline is that the proposal is intended to be self-build. The intention is therefore for the applicant of the reserved matters application to decide upon the appearance, scale, layout and landscaping.

Services
Water, Electricity and Gas connections run in the verge on Main Street. The purchaser will also have the rights to connect into foul drainage and the pumping station in the adjacent site. Surface water will be dealt with via surface water percolation tanks which will sit in the rear of the plot.

Associated Conditions
