Preston Baker’s Planning and Architecture teams collaborated to deliver a sensitive and appropriate design solution that responds to relevant planning policies, the site’s context, and both its constraints and opportunities.

Working alongside our Heritage Consultant, we developed a scheme that preserves and celebrates the historic character of the existing barn, while introducing contemporary elements that meet the needs of modern living.

The scheme converts the Listed Building to the front of the site and provides to new homes within a Courtyard setting. This increases the value of the site and ensures that the listed building can be brought back into use.
