The site is located south of Prospect Cottages in Husthwaite, and the propsals include demolition of an existing barn, provision of 35% affordable housing (7 units), public open space, and a biodiversity net gain.

The site is accessed via Prospect Cottages. It’s surrounded by established hedgerows and lies just outside the village’s conservation area.
