On behalf of Yorkshire Homes, Preston Baker has prepared a Reserved Matters planning application for the development of 21 dwellings in Dalton. The scheme includes the creation of seven bespoke house types, tailored to the client’s requirements, and supported by comprehensive architectural and planning services aimed at securing Reserved Matters approval and the discharge of associated planning conditions.
