How does it work?

1 Select your new home

2 Valuations – Preston Baker will come out to value your home. If your home is outside the area we cover two separate valuations will be carried out on the property by independent estate agents.

3 Offer – The Part Exchange offer for your property will be made to the developer.

4 Decision – If you accept the offer, a survey will be carried out if necessary. If you turn down the offer the process ends here with no cost to you.

5 Solicitors – Once everything is agreed, solicitors are instructed to start the legal process and work towards a completion date that is agreed between you and the developer.

6 Moving – Once the purchase is completed, you can choose to move straight into your new home, or take advantage of our free option to stay in your old home for up to two weeks to help reduce the stress of moving.
