Unique Preston Baker Search Service free in July (usually £395)

Throughout 2022 we have been developing and testing a tool that allows you to search and target properties that are not currently for sale. This search tool is now out of beta testing and ready for general use.

If you instruct Preston Baker to sell your property in July, you’ll be offered a free Search Campaign, which usually costs £395.

With you we will define your search criteria and we will return a list of all the properties that match your search. We’ll then target the top 500 properties with a marketing campaign to search for your next home.
