15 family homes in Hunton, Bedale

We’re delighted at the news that North Yorkshire Council is minded to approve land promoter Richard Roberts' scheme for 15 family homes in Hunton, Bedale, subject to finalising S.106. This sustainable scheme, which we were pleased to assist with for our client Richard Roberts, includes 40% affordable housing provision, a new BNG area, and the reopening of a closed public right of way.
