Prime development site in sought-after cathedral city of Ripon

Preston Baker Land and Planning has sold a prime development site in the sought-after cathedral city of Ripon.

The site, the location of the former public house The Ship at Bondgate, Ripon, extends to 0.34 of an acre and benefits from full planning permission granted for the development of 10 residential dwellings; five apartments within the former pub building and five new build houses to include four terrace dwellings and a detached house.

“This prime site is located in a popular residential area, close to the market square, and Preston Baker Land and Planning is delighted to have sold it with full planning for development,” said Sibel Arzulu, Preston Baker Land and Development Manager.
