Matt delighted to join Preston Baker’s in-house planning division
Matt Burrow, the newly-appointed Planning Director at Preston Baker, has ambitious plans to grow and develop our in-house planning division.
Matt, a highly experienced planning professional, is delighted to join Preston Baker’s in-house planning division which forms part of our Planning, Architecture and Design professional services offering.

He added: “We count a strong number of small and medium-sized developers in our client base and we’re looking to grow this number with the focus on offering the very best value and service to all our clients.
Informed cases
“We’re intent on growing the planning division and the pipeline of new sites and planning applications, contributing to the shortage of development sites in Yorkshire and across the UK. Our expertise allows us to put forward informed cases, gaining planning consents for clients and opening up land for much-needed development.”
Welcoming Matt, Preston Baker Business Development Director Mark Christopher, said: “Matt brings a wealth of planning experience with him and will drive the Preston Baker planning division forward. We are delighted to have him on board.”
Prior to joining Preston Baker, Matt was an Associate with Savills Leeds planning team, and before that was Planning Manager with the land and planning team at Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire.
