Preston Baker is celebrating after being shortlisted for four awards by the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents.
Preston Baker has been shortlisted in the Negotiator Awards 2023 for the awards for:
- Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire & The Humber
- New Model Agency of the Year
- Estate Agency of the Year (Medium)
- Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year
The Negotiator Awards has been established for 15 years and has become the most prestigious and valuable awards for UK estate and letting agents.
The winners will be announced at The Negotiator Awards presentation ceremony, which will be a live event and will take place at a lavish black tie gala ball, held at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on 24th November 2023.
