Awards showcase and celebrate the best plans, people and projects

Preston Baker Planning has been shortlisted for the Small Planning Consultancy of the Year Award in the Royal Town Planning Institute Yorkshire Awards for Planning Excellence 2023.

“We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted in the RTPI Yorkshire Awards for Planning Excellence 2023,” said Preston Baker’s Head of Planning Rob Crolla.

“These awards showcase and celebrate the best plans, people and projects, and it is a real testament to the Preston Baker Planning team, the quality and scope of its work, that we have been shortlisted.”

The winners of the Yorkshire Awards will be announced and honoured at a ceremony in Leeds on June 15th.

All the Yorkshire regional award winners will be put forward for the RTPI National Awards for Planning Excellence. The national shortlist will be announced on October 9th, and the winners will be honoured at a celebration ceremony taking place in London on November 21st.

Preston Baker Planning works closely with land agents, developers and site owners to devise planning strategies to secure realistic and deliverable increases in land value through planning permissions and development plan allocations.

“We manage all planning application issues associated with securing consent – taking the stress out of what can be a challenging and frustrating process,” said Rob.
