Preston Baker New Homes delighted to be sales agent for these two luxury new homes developments in Harrogate
Preston Baker New Homes is launching two luxury new homes developments in the Harrogate area; one on Otley Road and the other in Scotton village.
The Pastures on Otley Road, Harrogate, is an exclusive development of three, four and five-bedroom homes, beautifully finished to exquisite specification by Newett Homes, and coming soon is West Winds, Scotton, a development of four luxury detached homes by Ashfield Homes.
“Preston Baker New Homes is delighted to be the sales agent for these two luxury new homes developments in Harrogate,” said Sibel Arzulu, Land and Development Manager of the Preston Baker New Homes, Land and Planning team.
“We are growing our presence in the luxury new home sales market in Harrogate and these two new developments show we are the new go-to agents for exclusive new homes developments in the Harrogate area.
“We are looking forward to selling these homes and to expanding further in the Harrogate area.”
The Pastures development is available for sale now, with West Winds, Scotton, coming soon.
Preston Baker has a specialist New Homes team, focussed on only new builds, giving exceptional service to developers throughout Yorkshire.
“We work mainly with small and medium-sized Yorkshire developers helping secure future sites and work as an outsourced sales division covering marketing, sales, progression and after care,” said Sibel.
“We also work with large brands, like Legal & General Modular homes to deliver sites of over 100 dwellings, providing the full sales teams to man show homes along with marketing services.”
Preston Baker New Homes, Land and Planning sold over £70 million of property in 2021, dealing with sites from two houses to over 150 houses.

Momentum builds in housing market but price sensitivity remains
The housing market is showing growth in seller and buyer activity, reports Rightmove this week, while its analysis shows those who price competitively initially are far more likely to sell quickly.
