Preston Baker launches free webinars for home movers

Preston Baker Estate and Letting Agents is launching a series of free webinars for people looking to move home, in a bid to help home movers get the best result in the current housing market.

The series of free webinars will feature lots of useful insights, help and advice from highly experienced Preston Baker Property Marketing Directors Peter Neal and Matt Hendry, and will be hosted by Preston Baker Marketing Manager Susan Preston.

‘How to succeed in the current housing market’ will be the subject of the first free webinar for home movers on Tuesday May 3^rd at 6pm.

“We have a housing market today where there is strong buyer demand but a huge shortage of houses on the market, which is driving prices up and creating a highly competitive market,” said Peter.

He added: “A recent report showed that for each available property for sale, there are 26 potential buyers, and we are seeing this mirrored across the areas we cover, including York, Leeds, Doncaster and Selby.”

Matt said: “We know that home movers, or often would-be home movers, are struggling to navigate the current housing market and we are keen to help them with some straightforward help and advice through this series of free webinars.”
