Preston Baker Land and Planning has sold a prime residential site at Sandhutton, Thirsk.

“We’re delighted to have sold this site of 0.84 acres at Sandhutton which is a prime residential opportunity benefiting from outline permission for the development of five residential dwellings,” said Preston Baker Land and Development Manager Sibel Arzulu.

Sibel added: “The proposed dwellings will have panoramic open field views to the north and west.”
