Preston Baker Estate Agency expands its service area with new Associate roles
Preston Baker is expanding its service area with the creation of new Associate roles.
A team of newly-appointed Preston Baker Associates will offer the company’s premium estate agency service to a wider area, with more growth planned for the coming months and year ahead.
"First-class, locality-focussed service"
“It’s our aim to offer a first class, locality-focussed service with Associates dedicated to specific locations and a limited number of home movers, ensuring an exclusive service,” said Ian Preston, Preston Baker’s CEO and Co-founder.
Ian added: “The housing market is returning to pre-Covid levels of activity and in a more difficult market it pays to use a premium estate agent like Preston Baker as we work relentlessly on behalf of home movers to get the desired outcome.
“Home movers recognise the value we bring and this is the opportune time to take this level of service to a larger area. Your home is probably your biggest single asset and it’s important that you have someone completely invested in getting the best outcome when it’s sold, and also who is totally committed to finding your onward move if required. Preston Baker and its Associates can do all this and more.
"Home movers value having just one point of contact"
“We know how much home movers value having just one point of contact when it comes to moving. We have undertaken many surveys of home movers, and again and again they tell us the key to great service is having one person to support them from beginning to end, and this is how we are planning to support home movers with the Preston Baker Associates.”
Preston Baker’s established estate agency presence in Leeds, Selby, York and Doncaster remains, with service area coverage expanded to include Wetherby, Tadcaster, Horsforth, Pudsey and Wakefield, with other areas to follow.
