New homes development Poplar Grange in Dishforth is completed and all homes are sold
The new homes development Poplar Grange in the Yorkshire village of Dishforth is completed and all homes are sold.
Preston Baker New Homes was pleased to be selected as sales agent for Poplar Grange, a development of five detached four-bedroom homes.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with Poplar Grange developer Robinson Developments on this high quality development, and to sell all the thoughtfully-designed new homes,” said Sophie Garlick, Preston Baker’s New Homes Sales Manager.
John Robinson, Director of Robinson Developments based in Saltaire, West Yorkshire, said: “We chose to work with Preston Baker because they are more technologically advanced than other agents and have a young, dynamic team that is very hands-on and has great new ideas.”
He added: “We like how the Preston Baker New Homes team works.
“Preston Baker found the Poplar Grange land and put it to us and we struck an off-market deal with the landowner through Preston Baker. The Preston Baker New Homes team has dealt with all the buyers and this sales separation works really well for us, with Preston Baker acting quickly, effectively and professionally on our behalf. It’s a great partnership.
“I have recommended Preston Baker to other developers and I know developers who are now working with the team and getting the same excellent service.”
The Poplar Grange development is located between Thirsk and Ripon and borders open fields. It has been thoughtfully designed to blend well with the surrounding area. Each home combines traditional features with modern family living requirements.
The architectural style is reminiscent of the red brick Georgian farmhouse and stone barn buildings from early 19th Century Yorkshire, but with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

The housing market is showing growth in seller and buyer activity, reports Rightmove this week, while its analysis shows those who price competitively initially are far more likely to sell quickly.
