Preston Baker charges a premium fee for a premium service. As the custodian of this service, you'll earn £80,000 from 1.5 listings per week.
Associates earn 60% of any fees paid on instruction. Our Associates take some form of prepaid fee 70% of the time.
Associates earn 40% of completion fees. Once the sale is complete, you'll earn commission on the remaining fee.
Prepaid fees allow Associates to get paid quicker. They also allow clients to reduce the total cost of moving, so it's a real win-win.
